Harbor Place is a new Multi-Tenant Building in Aberdeen, Washington. The Owner and Developer, Grenville Properties, retained a local architectural firm, Harbor Architects LLC for design services and employed mostly local craftsmen in the construction.
Harbor Place has been designed to blend with the local architecture, while also striving for a fresh look and providing modern appeal. Technological aspects include a high-speed internet connection, making this building "the fastest building on the Harbor". The main building entrance and lobby designs are elegant, open and light. There is ample parking in front of the building, and the East end of the building includes a banking drive-thru for Great Northwest Federal Credit Union, which occupies the majority of the East wing of the building.
