Since 1991, Harbor Architects LLC has assisted in developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to assess and address various building issues.  Projects have included restoring exterior and interior (20,000 square feet) of the 1928 “atmospheric” theatre which is listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Places, production of construction documents for shop space remodels and restroom improvements, modernization of the HVAC system, improvements to the parking lot and modifications to the electrical system for stage lighting and sound. The most recent improvements included providing rain screen protection on the rear concrete wall of the theater, and re-roofing the fly loft.  Harbor Architects LLC continues to act as a consultant, assisting in the prioritization and facilitation of various projects as funds become available.  At times we have mediated between community groups in order to ensure the 7th Street Theatre’s interests are best served.
