NEW RESTAURANTPIZZA FACTORYOCEAN SHORES, WASHINGTON

In 2019 Harbor Architects LLC was approached about constructing a new building to house a Pizza Factory restaurant. Just as the design was completed and bidding began the Covid-19 pandemic hit and building material prices skyrocketed. The project owners very artfully pivoted their plans, and found an opportunity where, a restaurant closed by the pandemic, provided a shell that could be crafted to fit their operations. Our designers worked closely with the business owners utilizing the knowledge they had gained from the first design to transform the existing building into a new pizza restaurant. The new space includes ample seating opportunities, new single occupancy restrooms, a self-serve pizza bar and, what we found most interesting, a self-serve “Pour My Beer” system in the 21+ section. Construction was completed in May 2022.
