NEW MAINTENANCE BUILDINGHOQUIAM SCHOOL DISTRICTHOQUIAM, WASHINGTON
As part of an ongoing project to improve facilities for the Hoquiam School District, Harbor Architects LLC provided services for a new Maintenance Building, located near the future District Office space.
The new 9,720 SF Maintenance Building is a pole building with a 16’-0” eave height consisting of (10) maintenance vehicle parking bays and an additional 4,000 SF of general storage.  The building is finished with metal siding and a metal roof with concealed fasteners.  This structure has an overall building length of 135’, and 72’ clear-span width.  An automatic fire suppression system protects the entire structure.
The scope of services for this project also included site improvements for the Maintenance Building and new District Office.
This project was completed in the fall of 2017.
